Kursen behandlar aktuell forskning, vetenskapsteori och olika vetenskapliga traditioner rörande projektmiljöer. Speciellt behandlas planering och kunskapsprojektering inför ett uppsatsarbete. Kursens består av praktiska övningar i att söka och värdera forskningspublikationer, samt olika tekniker för datainsamling, analys och presentation. Kursens arbetsform präglas starkt av studentens ansvar att aktivt arbeta i grupp och enskilt.

Entry requirements
Minst 22,5 hp inom Magisterprogrammet i projektledning (SAFPL) eller minst 135 hp inom Civilingenjörsprogrammet i industriell ekonomi (TACIE). Gymnasiets Svenska kurs 3 eller B eller Svenska som andraspråk kurs 3 eller B. Gymnasiets Engelska kurs 6 eller A. Motsvarandebedömning kan göras.
