Overview
When we solve a problem with the help of computers, we often get large quantities of data. To interpret the data and thus gain insight into the problem itself, computer graphics is an invaluable tool. We might want to understand how air flows around an airplane or create an image of a complicated geometrical object. In this course you will use advanced Matlab graphics and systems such as OpenGL, OpenDX and ParaView to visualiza data. We will treat visualization in three dimensions, animation, and user interface.

Knowledge equivalent to 60 credits, including the courses MMG300 Multivariable Analysis and MMG410 Numerical Analysis, and a course in programming.
