Overview
The course provides an introduction to sensors for electric vehicles and knowledge of different types of sensor systems in electric vehicles, including sensor types and control systems. Programming and simulations of sensor systems. Impact of sensor systems in sustainable development. Practical applications of sensor systems in electric vehicles. **Outline for distance course:** The course takes place during daytime but can, if needed, be given out of office time. The teaching is a mixture of lectures, lessons and compulsory seminars and laboratory experiments. During seminars each student will account for a part of seminar theme which then will be discussed. Oral presentations are compulsory, and a written summary must be submitted. le course will be given at campus in Uppsala but lectures can be followed online through Zoom, according to schedule which will be provided before the start of the course.

120 credits in science/engineering including 15 credits in electrical engineering and 10 credits in mathematics.
