Hur kan företag och organisationer systematiskt bli bättre på det de gör? Den här kursen tar sig an frågan genom att introducera Six Sigma – en internationellt etablerad förbättringsfilosofi som används världen över för att minska fel, höja kvalitet och skapa mer effektiva processer. Kursen ger en grundlig introduktion till teorin bakom Six Sigma och visar hur den kan omsättas i praktiken. Du får lära dig att arbeta med DMAIC-modellen (Define–Measure–Analyse–Improve–Control), en strukturerad projektmetodik som steg för steg leder till förbättringar.

Participation in Statistical Quality Control, Quality Management, of which 5 credits should be completed, and either Project Management and Leadership, of which 5 credits should be completed, or Projects and Leadership, of which 5 credits should be completed.
