Overview
Kursen omfattar planeringens utveckling i svensk kontext, dess historiska utveckling samt betydelse i samhällsbyggandet. Planerarens uppgifter och roller behandlas. Den tar vidare upp planeringens formella utgångspunkter såsom fördjupning i plan- och bygglagens bestämmelser kring fysisk planering och orienterande kunskap om angränsande lagstiftning såsom miljöbalken, kulturmiljölagen med flera lagar, samt viktiga förordningar och allmänna råd. Tekniska, organisatoriska, juridiska och ekonomiska aspekter av plangenomförande berörs. I kursen ingår också att upprätta en detaljplan enligt plan- och bygglagen – utformning av planbeskrivning, plankarta, planillustration och konsekvensbeskrivning – samt att träna områdesutformning för olika typer av planeringssammanhang. Kursen tar dessutom upp och introducerar verktyg för visualisering, dialog och samverkan.
