Overview
Denna kurs syftar till att ge en förståelse för ledarskap inom idrott samt hur idrottspsykologiska teorier och metoder kan tillämpas för att utveckla individers och gruppers prestation, motivation och välbefinnande i idrottsliga sammanhang. I kursen behandlas aktuell vetenskaplig kunskap kring ledarskap och idrottspsykologiska metoder samt teorier för ledare inom såväl ungdomsidrott som elitidrott. Framförallt fokuserar innehållet på hur ledare konkret kan tillämpa idrottspsykologi i det vardagliga arbetet. Kursen inleds med olika ledarskapsstilar, kommunikation och feedback samt grupprocesser. Vidare behandlas olika idrottspsykologiska metoder/teorier med fokus på motivation, välbefinnande och prestation och dess tillämpning inom ledarskapet. Under kursen diskuteras även konfliktskapande faktorer samt konflikthantering.
