Overview
I kursen läggs särskilt fokus vid aspekter relaterat till förutsättningar för och anpassningar till träning inriktat mot prestation. I kursen ingår exempelvis idrottsnutrition, träningslära och test- och mätmetoder inom idrotten. Genomgående varvas praktiska och teoretiska moment för att belysa olika idrottsrelaterade situationer och miljöer kopplat till tränarens/coachens olika roller. Under kursens gång används ett vetenskapligt förhållningssätt, där studenterna förväntas söka och läsa relevant forskning inom aktuellt område.
