Kursen behandlar strategier och perspektiv som kan understödja och skapa förutsättningar för goda prestationer i organisationens kärnverksamhet och leda organisationen i riktning mot dess uppdrag. Centrala områden är att stimulera för utveckling av förmågor, motivation, kunskap, lärande samt rekrytering. Kursen behandlar frågor om hur vi i en komplex praktik kan utforma strategier som bidrar till att utveckla förmågor som i sin tur understödjer och utvecklar kärnverksamheten och organisationens uppdrag. Kursen innehåller även dialog och reflektion kring frågor om meningsfullt arbete och attraktiva arbetsplatser.
