Overview
Kursen behandlar dominerande strategier för personalutveckling inom arbetslivet, såväl inom som utom utbildningssystemen. Olika strategier för personalutveckling tas upp i relation till olika synsätt på bildning och lärande. I kursen ingår att studera verksamhets- och kompetensanalyser samt att formulera en filosofi för personalutveckling. Kursen ges även som valbar kärnkurs inom Masterprogram i utbildningsledarskap.
