Kursen behandlar teoretiska och praktiska perspektiv på handledning och ger dig full kompetens för att bedriva handledning i psykosocialt arbete. Centrala teman är handledningens mål, struktur och process, handledarrollen, handledningsmetodik, relationsaspekter, etiska frågor, gruppdynamiska faktorer, organisationsperspektiv, avslutning och evaluering. Kursens teoretiska innehåll integreras genom att du löpande får handledning på din egen handledning av personal inom det psykosociala området.

Entry requirements
För att vara behörig till kursen krävs - socionomexamen eller motsvarande utbildning, minst kandidatexamen - kurser i socialt arbete omfattande minst 45 högskolepoäng på avancerad nivå eller annan vidareutbildning som kan bedömas likvärdig (t.ex. psykoterapiutbildning motsvarande 45 hp) - minst fem års yrkeserfarenhet av psykosocialt arbete - erfarenhet av att själv ha blivit handledd minst 80 timmar.
