Entry requirements
Utländsk psykologexamen som i utförandelandet ger behörighet att utöva arbete som psykolog eller, om yrket i utfärdandelandet inte är reglerat, ska omfatta minst fyra år och ge en examen på avancerad nivå (exempelvis masterexamen i psykologi med klinisk inriktning). Examen ska inkludera psykologins kärnområden, exempelvis kognitions-, inlärnings- och utvecklingspsykologi. Den ska innehålla forskningsmetodik och psykiatri/psykopatologi eller motsvarande (till exempel mental hälsa eller psykisk hälsa). Examen ska även inkludera praktiska inslag, alternativt att den sökande har dokumenterad relevant yrkeserfarenhet. OBS! Sista kompletteringsdag: 2026-11-02. Dessutom krävs kunskaper i svenska och engelska motsvarande Svenska 3/nvå 3 eller Svenska som andraspråk 3/nivå 3 respektive Engelska 5/nivå 1 eller motsvarande. (Förordning 2008:1101 om högskoleutbildning som kompletterar avslutad utländsk utbildning)
