Overview
This course introduces qualitative and quantitative approaches in system theory, and shows how they can be used to analyze social-ecological systems and explored from both a theoretical and a practical perspective. The course also discusses the key principles in resilience theory for understanding the reorganization of structures and processes that form a social-ecological system, called regime change. Course period: November - January.
