Overview
Do you want to know how a woven fabric for applications in fashion, interior design and technical textiles is structured? Do you want to learn how woven structures are industrially produced? Then this is a course for you. The course gives you basic knowledge in weaving technology. On this course you will gain basic knowledge in weaving technology for industrial weaving and the structure, manufacturing methods and properties of industrially produced fabrics. During the lectures you will gain knowledge in manufacturing processes and machines from yarn to fabric, binding theory as well as production and cost calculations are. This course is for: • You who lack a textile bachelor, but are interested in our master's program in textile technology • The textile industry and the public sector, who see a need for basic knowledge in weaving • You who want to learn industrial weaving technology
