Kursen vänder sig till dig som vill utveckla din kroppsmedvetenhet och öva upp förmågan att själv arbeta bort spänningar. I kursen arbetar vi med att återetablera frihet i rörelser och optimera spel- och sångteknik. Med utgångspunkt i Alexanderteknik och med inspiration från idrottspsykologi arbetas med att effektivisera övning och att hantera prestationspress och nervositet.
