Efter år 1527 upphörde Sverige att vara en integrerad del i den katolska enheten. Även om reformationen i Sverige var en långdragen process där försök att återinföra katolsk lära förekom, markerar ändå år 1527 en förändring i relationen mellan kyrka och stat. Denna kurs tar sin utgångspunkt i reformationsprocessen och behandlar sedan de förändringar som har varit avgörande i den katolska kyrkans historia i Sverige, förändringar som även präglar vår samtid.

Students taking part in the course as a part of their Bachelor’s degree program must have completed Course A, Introduction in Philosophy and Theology (30 ECTS credits). Students taking part in the course as a freestanding course are expected to have corresponding prior knowledge.
