Är du intresserad av kvinnors skrivande? I denna kurs får du bekanta dig med ett flertal moderna klassiker skrivna av kvinnor. Kursen ger en övergripande presentation av de svenska kvinnliga författarnas betydelse för den svenska romanens utveckling under 1900-talet med fokus på några centrala författarskap och texter. Särskild uppmärksamhet ägnas de kvinnliga författarnas villkor liksom vilka genrer och litterära strömningar deras romaner kan relateras till. Fokus ligger på de studerade texternas litterära och idémässiga utformning liksom hur de anknyter till de olika litteraturhistoriska och samhälleliga kontexter.
