Overview
I kursen introduceras ledarskapets roller och förutsättningar. Därtill fördjupas kunskaper avseende centrala organisationsteoretiska perspektiv. I modulen Begrepp, teorier och modeller behandlas olika ledarskapsteorier samt faktorer och förutsättningar för hållbart arbetsliv och hållbart ledarskap. Vidare belyses ledarskap i olika typer av organisationer och i olika sammanhang. I modulen Tillämpning och reflektion används begrepp, teorier och modeller för att analysera och diskutera ledarskap i praktiken, med utgångspunkt i ledarrollen och dess organisatoriska förutsättningar. Dessutom reflekteras över vilka konsekvenser ledarskapets roll och förutsättningar kan ha för individ, grupp och organisation.
