Overview
Kursen innehåller ämnesområdet psykoterapeutisk teori och metod utifrån det valda fördjupningsområdet KBT samt professionell utveckling, klientarbete och handledning. Huvudinnehållet i kursen baseras på centrala teorier och metoder inom det fördjupningsområde studenten valt. Fördjupad kartläggning av psykisk ohälsa med olika svårighetsgrad samt val av psykoterapeutiskt behandlingsupplägg vid mer komplexa tillstånd av psykisk ohälsa genomförs. Kursen innehåller fördjupning i olika sätt att utöva vald form av psykoterapeutisk metod. Moment av psykoterapeutiska områden som gemensamma psykoterapeutiska faktorer behandlas under kursen. Behandlingsrelationen i psykoterapi utgör en del av kursen och syftar till att utveckla studentens metakognitiva förmågor genom observation och reflektion kring egna och andras personliga behov av professionell utveckling.
