Overview
I kursinnehållet integreras ämnena omvårdnad och medicinsk vetenskap samt kliniska och teoretiska studier. Under verksamhetsförlagd utbildning (VFU) får studenten i samråd med handledare utvecklas mot att med ett professionellt förhållningssätt självständigt och systematiskt kunna tillämpa och leda omvårdnadsprocessen i komplexa vårdsituationer. I de teoretiska delarna av kursen relateras sjuksköterskans roll till teamarbete, ledarskap och kvalitets- och förbättringsarbete samt arbetsmiljöns betydelse för hållbar, evidensbaserad och säker vård. Studenterna får reflektera kring eget och andras ledarskap, hållbart arbetsliv och livslångt lärande. I kursen ingår också nationell klinisk slutexamination (NKSE) för sjuksköterskeexamen.
