Overview
Kursens huvudinnehåll är prestationsutveckling inom lagidrotter, främst fotboll, och med särskilt fokus på hur GPS-teknik (Catapult Sports S5) kan användas för individ såväl som lag i prestationsutvecklande syfte. I kursen redogörs för utformning av belastnings- och kravprofiler inom lagidrott baserade på mätningar i tränings- och tävlingssammanhang. Detaljerade analyser av idrotten och individen genom systematiserad GPS-kunskap respektive fysiologisk kunskap, bildar utgångspunkt för träningsplaneringar och taktiska dispositioner av laget – och detta utgör fokus i kursen. I kursen integreras föreläsningar, diskussioner och redovisningar med egen experimentell träningsplanering. Kursen kommer våren 2024 att gå helt på distans eller med hybridmöjlighet vid enstaka tillfälle
