Overview
Kursen behandlar och problematiserar olika handledningsmodellers funktion och villkor för professionsutveckling i såväl kollega- som i studenthandledning. I relation till olika handledningssituationer behandlas yrkesetik, skolkulturer och andra sociala och kulturella påverkansfaktorer. I kursen diskuteras formativa och summativa bedömningspraktiker i handledningsprocessen. Kursen belyser även hur yrkeskompetens kan identifieras och bedömas på ett tillförlitligt och likvärdigt sätt för att stödja såväl nyutbildade lärares som lärarstudenters professionsutveckling.
