Overview
Kursen innehåller en introduktion till handledaruppdraget inom verksamhetsförlagd lärarutbildning med syfte att skapa förutsättningar för en kvalitativ utveckling av handledarförmågor utifrån olika pedagogiska verksamheters villkor. Yrkesetik och olika strategier för handledning och samtal är viktiga delar av kursen. I kursen framhålls kommunikation som ett centralt inslag i samspelet mellan handledare och student. På så sätt bidrar den till att skapa medvetenhet om det konstruktivt stödjande och utmanande samtalet, som stimulerar till reflektion och genererar goda lärandesituationer för båda parter. Kursen är primärt inriktad mot handledning inom lärarutbildning, men innehållet kan även vara angeläget för till exempel mentorer under introduktionsperioden och för kollegial handledning.
