Overview
I kursen ingår arbetsförlagd utbildning vilket utgörs av ett självständigt arbete som utförs enskilt på ett företag inom bygg eller fastighetsförvaltning. Inledningsvis gör studenten en analys av den ledarroll och det företag den följer på den verksamhetsförlagda utbildningen. Under kursen följer studenten en ledares arbete från kalkyler och anbud till genomförande och styrning samt överlämning och avslut.
