Dessutom får du en insikt i restaurangbranschens utmaningar och framför allt möjligheter. Du får även en möjlighet att stärka dina kunskaper inom hållbarhet och då med fokus på områden såsom affärsmässighet, lönsamhet, hållbart arbetsliv och jämställdhet/jämlikhet samt etik.
