<p>Human Resources is about more than recruitment and payroll administration. HR professionals play a key role in change, innovation, learning and social responsibility. This programme explores HR as a driver of innovation and sustainability in a global labour market.</p><p>The Master of Science in Human Resources is designed for students who want to make a difference in the world of work. You will learn how HR can drive social sustainability and innovation in organisations facing rapid transformation. </p><p>The programme combines theory and practice to prepare you for significant HR roles, management and consultancy. It also provides eligibility for doctoral studies in psychology or sociology. </p>

A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors: psychology or sociology (including at least 90 credits with a specialisation in one of these majors, of which at least 15 credits in total are in quantitative and qualitative methods) with a specialisation in human resources, human resource development and labour relations, science of work or equivalent. English course 6 (advanced proficiency).
