Overview
I kursen utvecklar studenten lärarprofessionsspecifika kunskaper med fokus på professionsutveckling inom förskola, skola eller högre utbildning. Kursen behandlar teorier om och modeller för handledares, mentorers och lärarledares roller. Vidare relateras begreppen vetenskaplig grund och beprövad erfarenhet till frågor om professionsutveckling i olika kollegiala utbildningssammanhang. Utifrån olika teorier diskuteras även praktiknära aspekter av lärarprofessionen, yrkesetik och ämnesdidaktik. Därtill utarbetar studenten en handlingsplan för ett kollegialt utvecklingsarbete som studenten ansvarar för att leda, med utgångspunkt i praktiknära utbildningsfrågor av relevans för förskola, skola eller högre utbildning.
