Stress and coping

You will learn about stress theories, early signs of stress, about triggers and how different coping strategies can be used. The course also clarifies how stress affects different populations in different ways and how coping strategies can vary between social groups. The course lectures will provide you with the latest research in the field, for example on stress and coping during Covid-19. Other important course features are the discussion forums, where you will have the opportunity to learn more by discussing and debating the subject and its challenges with other students.
